 With the proposed enactment of the Road Accident Fund Benefit Scheme (RABS), the current Road Accident Fund claims process is drawing to a close.

RABS has, however, not yet been enacted and will not have retrospective effect. As such, if you were seriously injured (or lost the bread winner of your family) as a result of a motor vehicle accident, you may still have a claim.
