Marius Le Roux

Marius completed his LL.B. degree at Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in 2016 having been a member of the Golden Key international academic society and achieved an esteemed award in Intellectual Property.

Marius was admitted as an attorney of the High Court and together with Dawie Maartens, established MLR as a director in 2019. His passion for the law and keen interest in start-up businesses are invaluable in ensuring successful solutions and sound advice in the running or establishment of your business.

Marius has gained invaluable experience in civil and commercial litigation in the High Court as well as the Magistrate’s Court and has been involved with numerous applications (including urgent applications) for clients and various correspondent attorneys across South Africa.

Marius has taken an interest in commercial law and together with his determination and unique energy in applying the law ensures innovative and practical solutions with a fresh approach to established practices.
