Not all disputes need be canvased in Court. In fact, there are various alternative solutions available to resolve disputes. At MLR we are not only able to advise and assist you in determining the best alternative mechanism to resolve your specific dispute but firmly believe it is our duty as attorneys to assist in resolving the dispute  before resorting to litigation. We understand the emotional toll which litigation can take and, accordingly, we at MLR attempt to exhaust all alternative dispute resolution avenues before turning to litigation.
